For most appointments, we recommend dropping your vehicle off before business hours or by 9:00 AM whenever possible. This allows our team enough time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, perform any necessary testing, and communicate our findings with you throughout the day.


If you need your vehicle back by a specific time, have transportation concerns, or have any special requests, simply let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.


Once your vehicle is in the bay, our technicians begin evaluating the concern that brought you in while also performing a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle’s overall condition. This process typically takes about two hours.


After the inspection is complete, one of our service advisors will contact you to review our findings, answer your questions, and discuss your options.
